Maximillian Bennett is the proud owner of Barnett's. Having set up Barnett's in early November 2018 it has rapidly expanded across 3 sites, Barnett's Barn, The Queens Head and now Barnetts at The Old Bank House.
Max himself is a chef by trade and built up quite the repertoire working in various one and twoMichelin star restaurants across the U.K, France, Spain, Germany and Dubai. The ethos of the restaurants is to show the best of the local produce in each area. We operate a strict seven-mile radius in order to achieve this, that means all the ingredients, the crockery, the drinks and even the tables are all made by local people, thus supporting local businesses to grow.
Across all sites, Barnett's equally important vision is to take old buildings and give them a new lease of life, through decoration and operation inside. This is one of Max’s biggest passions.
